What do you mean by Idyll By the Sea?

As for me, the nearness of my God is good.
(Psalm 73:28)

Like bare footed, care free children spending their summer in a short and t-shirt idyll of homemade ice cream, catching fireflies, splashing in the waves, and pleasure in the moment, my idyll is God. Here off the Gulf of Mexico, I rest in the idyll pasture of God's hand.

Yahweh is a shepherd to me,
my every need is met.
He lets me lie down in fertile and pleasant places,
He leads me to an oasis of rest,
where water quenches my thirst.
He renews my life.
He guides me along the right paths
as befits His name.
And even though I pass through the deepest wadi, darkest night,
I will fear no harm,
for you oh Lord go with me.
I am comforted by your rod that defends me and your staff that directs me.
Though surrounded by enemies you honor me with a banquet.
You anoint my head with oil like a king;
and my drink overflows with abundant wine.
Not my enemies,
but goodness and grace shall pursue me all the days of my life
and I shall dwell in the pasture of your presence for a long, long time.
